The present conditions govern every transaction completed upon ironholdworkshop.shop, maintained by Ironhold Workshop Ltd.. Confirming an order denotes full acceptance of these covenants. We advise consulting them in conjunction with our Delivery, Returns, and Privacy documentation.

Commercial-grade and residential strength training apparatus, free weights, structural steel racks, adjustable workout benches, resistance cables, and associated fitness accessories. Dedicated catalog pages set forth the components, batch volume, and build specifications. Imagery serves illustrative reference; outer packaging may present slight variations.
3. Ordering and contract
An order is initiated upon concluding checkout. We issue an acknowledgement via email; the formal agreement binds upon warehouse departure. We reserve the authority to decline an order if materials are unavailable or verification fails, issuing a prompt reimbursement in such circumstances.
4. Prices and payment
Valuations appear in GBP and incorporate statutory value-added tax where mandated. Carriage fees are displayed at final review before payment. Authorized settlement channels: Cash on delivery. In the event of a manifest clerical error in pricing, we reserve the right to rectify the figure prior to dispatch, offering you the choice to confirm or revoke the request.
5. Delivery
Dispatch channels, expected durations, and associated tariffs are detailed on the Delivery & Payment page. Responsibility for the consignment transfers to the buyer upon physical handover.
6. Product images and colours
Photographs represent the actual gym equipment we manufacture and supply. Rendered colours may vary based on display configuration, browser rendering, and surrounding illumination; minor shade discrepancies do not constitute a flaw and do not establish grounds for complimentary return or indemnity. Dimensions, materials and contents are stated on each product page.
7. Transfer of risk
The workshop maintains full liability for the shipment until the carrier delivers it into your custody or that of your designated recipient at the provided address. Thereafter, liability for loss or impairment shifts entirely to you. Apparent transit damage must be documented alongside the delivery agent and communicated to us within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
You are entitled to return equipment within 30 days of receipt in accordance with the provisions on our Returns page. Ironhold Workshop Ltd. adheres to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, granting a 24-month statutory warranty covering structural weld integrity, frame construction, and material defects under standard fitness usage, excluding normal finish wear, outdoor weathering, or unauthorized structural modifications.
- Custom-fabricated gym frames, custom rack heights, or bespoke color finishes manufactured to unique customer specifications
- Perishable maintenance supplies such as mechanical lubricants and bearing greases once opened
- Hygiene-sensitive accessories including fabric lifting straps, chest heart-rate sensors, and sweat guards unsealed after delivery
- Items permanently bolted, anchored into flooring, or inseparably assembled with other structures following receipt
- Digital training documentation, instructional manuals, or workout programs unsealed or downloaded by the buyer
9. Liability
Except where liability cannot be excluded under United Kingdom law, total aggregate liability for damages arising out of purchase or equipment usage is strictly limited to the total value of the individual order or £100, whichever is lower. Nothing set forth within these conditions restricts statutory liability that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
10. Age and use
Clients must have attained at least 18 years of age to purchase from our workshop. Equipment must be operated strictly according to designated guidance; our products do not serve as a replacement for professional medical counsel.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. Should a disagreement resist direct settlement, formal proceedings fall under the jurisdiction of the court where the vendor is registered, without affecting the statutory protections granted by your local consumer legislation.
