Raw Materials and Precision Components
The exact metals, compounds, and surface finishes that form our strength equipment.
| Ingredient | What it does | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 11-Gauge Structural Carbon Steel | Maintains structural geometry and load rigidity under heavy commercial training demands. | Certified steel mills using standard structural box profiles |
| Vulcanized Natural Rubber | Absorbs ground contact shock and suppresses ambient clatter during floor lifts. | High-density molded rubber compounds with pure brass center rings |
| High-Density Bonded Foam & Vinyl | Provides stable biomechanical bracing for the shoulder blades without deep compression under load. | Heavy-duty commercial vinyl over 65kg/m3 rebonded foam |
Sourcing
We purchase solely from certified mills and fabricators who record exact provenance and batch details. Mill test certificates are kept on record for every production lot.
Testing
Each fabrication batch is tested for structural integrity and dimensional tolerance prior to release. Any item falling outside specification does not leave our floor.
Labelling
The documentation states the full inventory of materials in descending proportion, noting all alloys and coatings. The specification provided represents exactly what is built into the apparatus.
Technical descriptions outline the physical construction of each piece. This does not constitute medical guidance; please consult a qualified healthcare or training professional before commencing strenuous exercise.
