Transit schedules reflect working days following dispatch. Outlying destinations may require an additional 1-2 days.
3. Order processing
Orders recorded before 12:00 on a business day leave our premises that same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or during public holidays are dispatched the following business day. An acknowledgment email containing your order reference will reach you immediately upon ordering.
Gym equipment and heavy metal structures are packed using reinforced dual-wall corrugated outer cartons, internal shock-absorbing corner buffers, heavy-duty strapping, and moisture-resistant protective film to prevent transit abrasion.
4. Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing a carrier consignment tracking number is sent by email and SMS to facilitate real-time delivery monitoring.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
Should the tracking register no progress across 5 business days, kindly inform us at [email protected] with your reference number. We will initiate a formal trace with the carrier and provide either a replacement dispatch or a full refund, as you prefer, within 10 business days of your report.
6. Damaged on arrival
Inspect shipments prior to signing the delivery receipt. Record any noticeable crate or packaging damage directly with the courier driver, capture photographic records of outer cartons and damaged components, and report the issue to customer support within 48 hours for immediate collection and replacement processing.
7. Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery. We will never request payment card or online banking credentials via phone or email.
8. Delivery outside United Kingdom
Our workshop dispatches orders to designated countries. Applicable transit charges and estimated schedules are presented at checkout prior to final payment. Should import tariffs arise, they remain the responsibility of the recipient.
