Ironhold Workshop produces these Olympic bumper plates for dedicated lifters who respect their equipment and their floorboards alike. At the core sits an 11-Gauge Structural Steel collar, precision-bored to fit standard fifty-millimetre sleeves without undesirable wobble. The steel core is encased in dense vulcanised natural rubber that absorbs acoustic shock and reduces uncontrolled bounce during floor-loaded movements. Coated steel hardware joins the internal assemblies, ensuring that repetitive training does not loosen the centre hub over time.
