Ironhold Workshop produces conditioning hardware built upon honest principles of British metalworking. These J-cups begin life as single plates of eleven-gauge structural steel, cut and folded to establish an unyielding cradle for daily barbell training. Each unit seats firmly against standard modular uprights, offering immediate stability for pressing, squatting, and rack-pull sessions without rattle or compromise. To preserve the knurling of fine barbells, each rest surface is lined with heavy vulcanized natural rubber secured by mechanical fasteners. Finished in our workshop with an enduring electrostatic powder coat, this hardware resists moisture and heavy contact across years of disciplined training.
